BOOKING/DOWNPAYMENT/CANCELLATION
Reservation Policy When you make a reservation by email or phone, you submit a binding offer to conclude a holiday agreement. This reservation is valid for all persons listed in it, and the person placing the order is responsible for the payment of any balance for all listed individuals. The agreement becomes effective upon our acceptance, which you will receive within 4 hours of your reservation submission in the form of a confirmation email.
Deposit and Payment: A 30% deposit is required for each booking. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount is required. Payment details, including the deposit and remaining balance, will be provided in your reservation confirmation. The remaining balance is due on-site. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (note: PayPal transaction fees apply).
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival: No charge
- Cancellation 29-21 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount
- Cancellation 20-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation 7-2 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
- Cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount
- Cancellation during rental: 100% of the total amount
If We Cancel Your Holiday: In exceptional circumstances where we cannot provide certain services, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday package or any of its components. In such cases, we will offer an equivalent or similar arrangement at the same standard and price (if available). You may choose to accept the new arrangement or cancel your holiday for a full refund.
WINDSURF & WINGFOIL ACTIVITIES
The Client is using the equipment at their own risk of accident or injury.
Equipment is used only by the person renting it unless a combo rental is valid.
Equipment is provided for use at the water only; therefore, the Client cannot keep the equipment on the beach, carry it anywhere else, or launch/land at any other spot except the launch site in front of the surf and foil center.
The Client should follow the local and national regulations for personal watercraft.
We reserve the right to limit the windsurf and wingfoil activities we offer during extreme weather conditions and according to the Client's ability and experience. It is within our absolute discretion to refuse any Client's request to use the equipment at times or in extreme weather conditions where we consider the Client to be in a risky situation.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE INSURANCE
Insurance is offered locally or can be pre-booked. Unless the Equipment Damage Insurance is valid, any damage to the rented equipment will be charged to the Client. A credit card with sufficient balance may be requested as a guarantee. The Equipment Damage Insurance covers damages that happen on the water, but does NOT COVER the following:
- Damage to foils or fins.
- Damage caused by impact with any object (reef, rocks, sand, beach, other boats, other riders, or other windsurf/wingfoil equipment, etc.).
- Damages that occur on the beach.
- Loss of our equipment.
- Equipment is provided for use in recreational sailing and foiling. We reserve the right to void the insurance if the equipment is being used destructively or if the renter does not possess the necessary skills to use the equipment. In this case, the insurance fee will be refunded, and any damage which may occur to the equipment will be charged to the Client.
Please note that NO refunds will be given for cancellation from pre-booked windsurf or wingfoil activities in case of non-participation in such activities, whether due to illness, injury, lack of wind, or any other similar reason. In some cases, the station will provide a credit voucher.
